Usage of Data

Website Admin Tools (https://admintools.app) stores data listed below to provide and improve services and to abide to local law.

Stored Information

This includes:
  • Server credentials Why is it stored? To provide basic functions.
  • User credentials Why is it stored? To provide basic functions.

  • Logged actions which include: requesting stored servers, modifying stored servers, starting a session, closing a session, sending a command to a server. The data stored in the logs is:

    • User id
    • Action preformed
    • Success of that action
    • Time of action preformed

    Why is it stored? To abide with Serbia's regulations for online services. (Provide user action logs to the police in case of crime committed using this program.)

Data shared with third parties

Admin Tools uses google's authentication and storage API suite firebase. Click here to go to the firebase privacy policy.

Since all data is stored on firebase, all stored information except logs are stored at servers owned by Google LCC. Google LCC claims that they follow these privacy standards for the firebase functions that Admin Tools uses (Admin Tools uses Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication):

Admin Tools uses fontsawesome, witch collects data through its cdn. fontsawesome.com privacy policy
